Need help with sizing?
- Not sure of what size clothing to order? We have a size chart on each item to help you choose your best size. All of our clothing is Misses sizing. We try and provide details in the product descriptions. Please pay attention to the fabric makeup and let that help you determine the fit. For example, 100% polyester will not have as much flexibility as a style with polyester and spandex. If you need further help, we are happy to provide some guidance. Need to check status of your order?
- Just login to your account either on our website, check Facebook Messenger, or our App.
How & when is my order shipped or available for "local pickup"?
- We work very hard to fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. All shipped orders are sent using either USPS or UPS, depending on best price per weight.
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email at the address from which you placed your order. Or if you choose "local pickup", we will either send an email or text you with pickup instructions.

What if I need to return something?

Do you offer Gift Cards?
- Of course, we do! Shop our Lucy Doo E-gift Card options here. Several denominations are available.
- The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code and it can be either printed or forwarded to the recipient.
- Lucy Doo Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
- Promotion codes cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
The item I purchase last week is now on sale. What can I do?
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of online retail, Lucy Doo does not take responsibility for refunding the amount of item markdowns to customers. Our inventory changes constantly and those Items are subject to markdown at anytime at Lucy Doo's discretion.
