Return Policy

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL!

Hopefully you love everything you purchase from Lucy Doo, but if something doesn't work for you, please submit a return request through our return portal HERE. Refer to the requirements below.

If customer returns any item without contacting us first, we're sorry, but no credit or refund will be given. 

Any approved return merchandise must be received by Lucy Doo within 7 days of our return confirmation email. 

If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Any returns after 30 days from delivery will only be for store credit as long as it meets the below requirements. 

If you are not able to pick up your order in The Woodlands, Texas, the order will not be shipped until the shipping charges have been paid. (the only exception to this rule is if the order is placed during a "free shipping" promotion)

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, & fragrance-free with no makeup smudges or other damage.
  • All original tags MUST be attached and intact. 
  • If you feel the item is damaged or defective, you must contact us with 3 days of your delivery date.
  • Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
