Shipping:

All orders ship based on weight via USPS.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM CST will ship the next business day.
- FREE local pickup is available in The Woodlands, TX (please select this option at checkout).
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the fact that we will be closing effective April 15, 2026, all sales are final.
Orders & Payment Policies:
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Lucy Doo Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
