We can ship to virtually any address in the world (additional postage fees will be applied to orders outside of the Continental U.S.). Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Hopefully you love everything you purchase from Lucy Doo, but if something doesn't work for you, please submit a return request by emailing LUCYDOORETURNS@GMAIL.COM within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Refer to the requirements below.
Any returns after 30 days from delivery will only be for store credit as long as it meets the below requirements.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, & fragrance-free with no makeup smudges or other damage.
- All original tags MUST be attached and intact.
- If you feel the item is damaged or defective, you must contact us with 3 days of your delivery date.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box shipped inside of another shipping box to protect it during transit. If original box is not used, a restocking fee of $5 to $25 will be assessed.
- All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
