- All returns must be requested through our Redo Return Portal before sending items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Returns after 30 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only, if they meet the return requirements.
- If Redo Returns Coverage was purchased at checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility:

- All original tags must be attached.
- If an item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
