      Shipping:

      • FREE U.S. shipping on orders $100+.
      • Orders under $100 ship based on weight via USPS.
      • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
      • Orders placed after 2 PM CST will ship the next business day.
      • FREE local pickup is available in The Woodlands, TX (please select this option at checkout).

       

      Returns & Exchanges:

      Return Guidelines:

      • All returns must be requested through our Redo Return Portal before sending items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
      • Returns after 30 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only, if they meet the return requirements.
      • If Redo Returns Coverage was purchased at checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


      Return Eligibility:

      • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of fragrances, makeup smudges, or damage.
      • All original tags must be attached.
      • If an item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
      • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


      Non-Returnable Items:

      • Items marked Final Sale. 
      • Items from our Last Chance Sale Collection


      Exchanges:

      • Exchanges are available only for the same item in a different size, if in stock. 
      • If the desired size is unavailable, the item may be returned for store credit (if eligible under return guidelines).

       

      How will I receive my Store Credit?

      • Store credit is emailed within 3-5 business days after receiving and processing your return.
      • Store credit reflects any discounts or taxes applied at the time of purchase.
      • Store credit expires 1 year after issue and can be used at checkout.


      Orders & Payment Policies:

      • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
      • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
      • Lucy Doo Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
